We sold a lot of these years ago. I can not remember all the details so am
sorry for that. Maybe some of you will remember. This was number "eight of sixteen" prototypes. That is also how it is marked under the paw print logo's. The back side says "Prototype". This was one of the first knives with a larger pivot pin and nickel silver dove tailed bolsters. Also a mid-lock which was more rare at that time. The name of the knife was "Sun something"! Little piece of history!
